I love documentary photography, capturing the everyday and seeing the beauty within it. I LOVE weddings and people watching, seeing all the little stories and moments play out over a wedding day, seeking out those interactions between humans.

What is documentary wedding photography?
It’s a storytelling approach to wedding photography. Instead of setting up shots or directing you into poses, your photographer captures your day exactly as it happens, the real moments, the messy bits, the laughter, the tears, and everything in between.
You might also hear it called reportage style photography, alternative wedding photography, or simply candid wedding photos. Whatever the name, the goal is the same:
To tell your story honestly, without forcing it into something picture-perfect and posed.
